My stay at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca was a mixed bag. While the location and atmosphere were great, the service left much to be desired, especially during a conference event. I experienced several service delays and some frustrating interactions with staff. However, there was a bright spot in the warm welcome I received from Seddick in the club lounge.
